As someone with asd/adhd I am so glad your videos exist. So many other asmr videos these days are way too overstimulating with lots of frantic sounds, actions and very busy sets in their ever escalating quest to find triggers. But it's way too much. I like your videos because they are simple, gentle and calming. This is what I need usually to restore balance and calm in my mind, so thank you for that! It's very therapeutic.
OMG MARIA!!! MY TINGLES ARE BACK!!!! AND I'M NOT EVEN WEARING ANY EARPHONES! HOLY COW! I HAD TINGLE IMMUNITY FOR A YEAR NOW AND THIS JUST BROUGHT IT BACK TO LIFE! THANK YOU!!!
I discovered that I get tingles almost 100% of the time when I listen sitting up than I do lying down. I think the compression on my spine/nerves from lying down stops the tingles. I’d be interested to know if this is the same for others.

i already know this is gonna become a regular rewatch, ive already watched it twice - not only are the whispers and hand movements so soothing but its such a nice message to listen to and remind yourself as well, the little cleansing at the end is so needed no matter where you are in life

My mom had her second heart attack in five ears a few days ago. My dad died when I was 13, and my uncle also died on his second heart attack back in 2017. This past week has been so stressful that I come home from work and just hide under the covers trying not to panic. These videos are so helpful to me, I hope you know how much you do for me and for your audience, Maria. I truly appreciate it.

My first comment on Maria's videos. I came across Asmr about 6 months ago by accident while struggling with depression, and more so after losing contact with my daughter. The fluffy whispers video (most viewed one) always sends me to sleep, so I'm really happy to see another like it. Maria, if you read this, I wish I could talk to you and be your friend, but I understand we have our own lives and it may never happen. Still, I want to thank you for helping me through tough times, and I'm sure you will keep doing so. I never thought I'd like asmr, it was strange at first, but now I can't imagine life without.
