He feels loyalty to his momma bc he knows what she went through to protect and provide for him...she did the best she knew how...despite that he grew up in a violent and dangerous environment, and Momma Dee does have real psychological issues. Scrappy himself I think feels a lot of guilt and sadness, and never had a father figure in his life. Its a shame, he genuinely would benefit from therapy. It would free him. I can see his pain.
