Great exercise Ozz! One question, How do you handle your output levels on your Axe Fx to reach safe hearing levels? I can't push the output knob on the Axe Fx past 3%. I'm as high as 85dB on some presets.
It doesn't sound right man. If you are using a sound interface minimize your mic preamps volume. If you use Axe-Fx III only you can lower the output volume from the front of the unit.

How does this help with hand synchronisation? If my hands aren’t in sync when I play scales, how is being given a scale to play going to improve that? There’s no technique discussion here.
Every guitar player knows that they have to finger and pick at the same time but they can’t. If I explain for hours that’s not gonna work because they’ll practice faster than they should. So no need to discuss it. I give a practice that fixes this problem because it has a lot of position changes on the same string and you have to work hard to get a clean sound. Most importantly they can't practice faster because they won't get a sound.
With his discipline and technique, Özgür is the best guitar instructor I have ever seen. Again, there is a nice video that proves this👏🙏
