  • in basic Keynesian macro economic model it assurmed that Y= C+I where I=820and C=60+0.8y
    Then What is the marginal propensity to consume?
    what is the equilibrium level of income? what is the value of Multiplier
    what increase in I is required to increases Y to 5000

    You did an amazing job in explaining the problem. I was having difficulty understanding how to find the multiplier. I followed your process step by step and was able to get the correct answer. When you did the inverse of 2/10, your multiplier came out to be 5. but when you started explaining the change in Y, that’s when the human error happened.
    It’s fine.
    You corrected it.

    You are good in explanation but you are changing the numbers when calculating and also multiplier is 5 not 0.2

    I failed to continue watching after noticing you kept repeating saying the multiplier is 2.5 please use a calculator even for simple calculations. That will show professionalism.
