Anyway, I'm gonna stop ranting about my problems now lol, let's just say it's been rough times for a while now, and I do stuff like driving and working on my rc cars to kinda help take mind off things for a bit, and unwind, being an ex mechanic that had to give up that job because of back problems, well it was more then a job, I loved it, so now, it's working on rc cars that won't make back problems worse, so I can still get my wrenching fix 😂
Had to get all that off my chest, not hating on you, love your vids and what you do, just cant watch knowing i cant afford to do this myself.....

I've also seen lots of people requesting how to/build videos on Oscar's fpv system going back as far as a year, maybe more, you keep saying it's on the list, but where is it? Have you done one yet that I missed? Pretty sure you haven't, but I could be wrong, I live in Laughlin NV, there is only one local hobby shop and they have zero experience with fpv, and I've called hobby shops in 100 mile radius from here, including Las Vegas, but the best I got from all of them is doing fpv indoor drift racing with at most 40 to 50 feet of range, when I asked about 1 to 2 miles of range, they all just said not possible, but from your videos and some others I've watched it looks to be very possible, as long as you have the money to afford the necessary equipment, which I had 5000 I was more then ready to spend if needed, as long as it did what I wanted, and worked like your setup, but it's now gone between having to take care of other things that happened and not having anyone to advise me on what to buy.......it just slowly dwindled away to nothing.......kinda wish now I never got these rc cars, cause driving them like this was the whole reason I got them, there fun to bash around in the desert and stuff, but also gets boring fast, being limited to having to keep the car close enough to see, rather then driving around like you do with Oscar, messing with people and seeing the looks of confusion and intrigue at the same time lol, priceless
Hi ok I have previously listed stuff on videos but as things got old and tech changes so quick and the sellers of the products I was using at the time have stopped being sold so I delisted I will certainly make a update video 👌

One last question cause I gotta know, what is the maximum range with Oscar's video signal and transmitter signal, seems to be a couple miles, but it's hard to tell from just watching on CZcams, but I never see any problems at all with your video feed no matter how far you go it's always perfectly clear, is it more or less then 2 miles, or kilometers lol if you prefer
Around 1.5 miles I use a bunch of different antennas depends on the day I just try what penetrates better 👌
I knew it was something like that, that's what I was going for but all the hobby shops I called, from Las Vegas to Lake Havsu city, and it was probably 5 or 6 different shops all told me getting more then a few hundred feet of range just wasn't possible......when said if it's possible with drones, why is it not possible with rc cars, never got a straight answer from anyone......but they were more then willing to charge me 2 to 2500 bucks for a fpv system that only got a few hundred feet of range...... I can't find anyone that knows a thing about this, but doesn't matter anymore anyway, have a good one, keep doing what you do, maybe someday I'll be able to as well......

Man, I'm sorry but had to unsubscribe and kinda stop watching your channel, for now at least, maybe I'll come back some day, but since the money I had to buy everything to fpv my car is now gone I can't afford to do this now or any time soon...... something always happens that I have to take care of over what I want to spend it on and with what I make at my job, I won't be able to do this unless I some how happen to come into a good amount of money again, which is very unlikely to just about impossible, I just can't watch for now, It just makes me depressed instead of happy like it used too...... it sucks always being broke and a minimum wage job just doesn't cut it when you have a hobby like this...... used to make good money as a mechanic but unfortunately life had other plans and due to severe back problems I had to give up a career that I loved and was never happier to have....... So, Farwell my friend for now, if things turn around some day, maybe I'll be back, but it's unlikely, if not for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all.........

What really sucks is that this is the kind of stuff I used to dream about doing as a kid, but back then technology was no where near this level and it was just a dream, but now this along with alot of things is very possible and is getting better all the time. I used to think how cool would it be to have a TV you can hold in your hand and watch, and here we are with smart phones, able to stream and watch whatever whenever and so much more, cell phones when I was a kid were only for the rich and wealthy, and also huge lol, like the old bag phones in cars that had to be plugged into the cigarette lighter for power cause batteries were terrible and couldn't power something like that. Oh how things have changed, even just in my life time.
Hi my friend you don’t need anywhere to 5000 to build trust me just get a walksnail kit and you RC car start there then upgrade the controller I built everything on mine👌
I was just saying that when I had the money, I was willing to spend what I need to make it perform to the level of video quality and range your system has, whether it cost 100 bucks or a few thousand, as long as it worked that's what matters to me, but like I mentioned, coming into money like that was a rare once in a lifetime thing for me.....now it's just dream again.....I will probably never have that kind of cash any time soon....if ever again......and with what I make at my job.....I have no way to save anything either.....I get paid, pay bills, get groceries fill up the tank in my car, and then broke for two weeks till my next check......then it's wash, rinse, repeat.....never ending cycle of being broke the day after payday........really sucks......if anything even breaks on any of my cars, there gonna end up sitting there for a long time waiting to get fixes cause I have no room to spare, so to speak, when it comes to extra money above the basic essentials and paying bills......
