Completely programmed with ESPHome, no need for Home Assistant 'Template Sensors'. You simply tell the code 3 bits of info:
* Its Name
* The Heater Device
*The Cooling Device

Niiiiice! Glad i found your channel, as this is on my current project list. Got my rotary encoders this week, ready for tinkering. My only diffetence is i have a nextion touch screen that i was planning to use too.
Why use a rotary encoder and a touch screen?

very nice, i suggest adding some timeout to the oled screen, reactivating it by pressing something of via some sensor, otherwise oled will burn out in a few days

Great demonstration. What temperature sensor type you used? Where can I find the demo code?
It's called a "DALLAS" or DS18B20 sensor.

Great job. I'm not very good in programing, I have a hassio that manages the temperature in my house, but it a great idea to display in the room the temperature and make adjusted manually, special for my parents.
I'll like to buy the board if you în tend to sale some.

I have redesigned and ordered the PCBs today but, they will take some time to ship.
In the meantime, I've almost finished filming a full build tutorial that uses VERO (Strip Board). I'm also going to release the full code and 3D printer files.
