Yes, at least a little inspiration by avatar must be there. Its literally my favorite childhood cartoon and the story is so deep that I still love it like 20 years later.
All Hunters were at least inspired by one or more anime characters. I guess the "blood bender" Huntress is the biggest avatar reference, even tho she was more inspired by Unohana Retsu from bleach (I made her even kinda look like her). But the powers are probably a mixture of Unohana and the actual blood bending.
Aden was kinda an inspiration from Ace from one Piece and many other fire using anime characters.
But I can definitely recall that the blood moon was kinda an inspiration by the comet in Avatar. But there is also the full moon in Dragonball which turns sayjans into an ozaru but also the actual blood moon in Terraria which makes spawn crazy strong enemies. So I was thinking of all of that together while doing the script.
But its not like I just search for good stuff from other series and just change them a bit. I actually think of the story myself and these Inspirations kinda fly by my head while writing the script. I want the story to be orginal of course, even tho people may find references in it by series which influenced me the most.
And yup, the Zamasu ost definitely was recommended by Haiden 😂. Especially the beginning sounds like an evil god is decending from heaven to destroy the world, lol. I listened to it and said "yup, thats it. Perfect for the fast pasing Chosen One fight scenes" 😂

Whenever I go over the clips I always think to myself what effects can I add to make the video better
What clips can I include whether it's for a meme or to explain a point (like the clip I had to remove which explained how Angel would suffocate using her wind powers)
If there's one thing that's common among many anime characters it's their eagerness to get into brawls
Like in the daily life of highschool boys(just watch one episode you'll laugh so hard your stomach will hurt XD)
That ending gave me goosebumps
Please tell me the chosen one did not just kill all the hunters so easily
I haven't really seen an example of earth bending but I imagine the master of gravity would be the closest to that unless there's an aura user who can directly manipulate earth
Hayden's story would definitely give you ideas for the next episode
I find it funny that you had a bigger reaction to Pro slicing the mountain in half than the Chosen One randomly showing up at the end XD. And the part where you said the hunters are on steroids genuinely had me cracking up. Oh and thanks for the little shoutout on my story
I've seen the chosen one in action a bunch and whenever someone is in aura mode I know that they're bound to cause destruction
But man pro just casually caused so much damage without even trying that's why I was more surprised
