Thanks for the big value provided , i have 2 questions :
1- google sheets isn't triggered , I have already old orders on woocommerce, and i did try to make a new order but its still not triggered
2- how could we change the order status on woocommerce based on order status column on google sheets

Yeah what you would want to do is set the 1st module in the scenario to be “order updated” as a webhook. Then whenever the order updates the scenario runs and then you can update the row in google sheets to cancelled

Yes for sure thanks for watching! In regards if you want 1 row per item to be exported to your google sheet, this is possible. Setup your scenario in Integromat with 3 modules: WooCommerce, Iterator, and Google Sheets. In the Iterator module add "Line items []". Then, when mapping to your Google Sheet add data from WooCommerce Order and also results from the Iterator module to be added to the row. Does this make sense?

I appreciate the video and it is working but I'm unclear on the limit section. Why would you make the limit 1 or 2 or 25 and not just the highest possible number. There must be a reason but I don't understand why?
I was more so limiting it for the video to show how to map each item in the spreadsheet. Hope that helps!

Just set the first module to “order updated” and then whenever the order is updated you can filter out to specific status

For those looking...Use the New Event trigger for WC, get the webhook URL, and configure it in WC > Settings > Webhooks > Topic: Subscription Created DOPE!

You then can upload this "blueprint" after creating a new scenario in Make as this is a legacy module. @@simongondeck When I try today, it worked only for the new order, that I had 2 hours ago. I think that it doesn't work for the past orders only. Do you know how to run the past orders too ? Thank you Simon.
@@abc-transition-bas-carbone follow the logic at the 11:25 and 11:50 mark of the video to 14:00 above where you delete the WooCommerce module and then re-add it and then choose all orders (to get past orders too)

Thanks for watching! I went with Integromat cause I have used in the past and more advanced than Zapier. I have not tried Pabbly. Do you work with Pabbly? Cheers :)
@@simongondeck no I dont. Pabbly has more tutorial videos for such APIs. Hence more dominance on CZcams. Thats why I was bit inclined towards it. Last night I compared zapier, pabbly and integromat. Integromat certainly has the lead for simplicity and pricing. Pabbly has more interfacing paltforms but bit complex.

@@simongondeck But pabbly has 100 items for free then you have to go for the paid version. Simon's main solution was FREE and i think for that this is the best.

Yes you can have the trigger run daily at 8AM by clicking on the "clock" once you make your scenario.
