Valheim is a survival and sandbox video game by the Swedish developer Iron Gate Studio and published by Coffee Stain Studios. It was released in early access in 2021 via Steam, and for Xbox in March 2023. Since its early access release, Valheim has achieved both critical and commercial success, being praised as a "rare exception" of a refined early access game. A month after its release, it had sold over five million copies and was one of the most played games on Steam. Valheim takes place in a world where slain Vikings go to prove themselves fit for the halls of Valhalla. As one such, the player begins with nothing and soon discovers that to reach the Norse afterlife, they must defeat the evils that stalk Valheim. Led only by their instincts and occasional hints from a raven, the player must prepare to fight the sworn enemies of Odin himself.

I'm so glad you've finally figured out where all that coal has been coming from after having been burning 90% of all of your hard earned meat. It was almost as frustrating as seeing Ryan consistently missing the giant blinking repair button in the workbench 😂
But that's what I love about blind playthroughs. It's so satisfying when you guys finally figure stuff out!
Now I can't wait for you to figure out how to [redacted], why the [redacted] keeps [redacted], the [redacted], and how to properly use the damn [REDACTED] 😁

Been lurking since subnautica and outer wilds and watching you stand there and watch the food turn to coal, then grab said coal and not figure out where your coal came from was one of the harder things I've ever sat through. So happy you found out what's happening though! Love the videos tho man, any time I see you play a game I like it's a must watch.

I love your videos, easily one of my favorite creators. Any tips for how to avoid monitor glare in your glasses while recording games? You seem to have nailed it.
ooooh, good question! I think it's all about the angles and diffusing the light--one of my lights actually points away from me at the wall that I'm facing, so that the light bounces off the wall and diffuses rather than points directly at my glasses. And I don't face the camera head on most of the time because that creates a lot of reflections

My fave game of all time! I am so here for this - wow, a fresh blind playthrough of V, Christmas came early! You two are doing great! It's a lot to figure out but that's part of the fun imho :)
Not sure if you figured this out yet as I'm just starting the playthrew but for the signs. Type the following to change color.
than add what you want the sign to say. yellow green blue white red and Grey work and there are a couple of others as well. Also don't use caps for some reason the color doesn't seem to change if you do.
Hey know you're trying to help but this is a blind playthrough so if he doesnt figure out so be it as frustrating as it is for those watching let him struggle through it without our help. Thanks for understanding

Also, as far as the hoe goes, it isn't particularly straight forward as to _how_ it works. Just experiment with it and I'm sure you'll figure it out. Otherwise just ask.
I hope people in the comment don't try to backseat, they'll learn eventually.

There is a way to make your signs more visible but it involves some html. Lmk if u want to know how. Knowing you probably not though😅
By the way I started loving this then as it got harder I gave up and so did my daughter, its so cruel.
