One thing I’d recommend is to start making levels in the style of 1.9 or earlier. It helps you get to grip with structuring and design before trying anything fancy
My first level actually level I put effort into was a realistic one similar to emerald realm. It could’ve gotten a rate but I used a the finger dash block too much

I would recommend starting with making 1.0 - 1.3 style levels and then working your way into more complicated territory

I started as a 1.0 style creator and then switched to 1.61 style

All though modern levels are sometimes hard to create it’s worth it cuz it’s a chance to get a creator point CP as long as rob sees it of course

Don't always use blending though it can mess colours up sometimes so use it wisely

Remember you dont always need to use blending, non blending glow can be good for making realistic block designs, like dirt grass stone ect.

Making modern levels requires a lot less effort than glowy levels, but moving triggers are a big thing for modern levels too!

When picking your colour from the edit object button, just tick the blending box, make sure its not black though because it will make it invisible
