this is goated bro the onlything i would reccomend is polishing the final blow because it just looks a little less quality compared to everything else
the arrow changing it to daytime is probably one of the best, but still minor changes made that really add that OOMPH
thats really cool, but if you could make the explosion move outwards then inwards again when it ends instead of just appearing and disappearing that would make it look a lot better. better yet if you could add impact frames

The final explosion should release more embers in all directions and the initial charge up showing the arrow aimed should have the trail look more like fire cuz rn it doesn't really look like a flame and more like a candle's smoke. This is just my suggestion and either way this is fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Prolly the best Fire arrow i have seen the only problem with this for me is that this isnt wide enough for explosion and those shiny elements make shit freaking godlike great

I would suggest making the arrow more animated than just snap to existence but it’s fin
u should replace the loud explosion sound with a sound that has more bass to it, it'll make the explosion sound more powerful and satisfying

It kinda goes from 0 to 100, so perhaps make the build up more intense as the fire arrow gets formed? Like the increase in sparkles, increase in heat and fire etc..

Overall looks amazing but there are a couple things you could do to make it even better like
Making it so he actually forms the arrow instead of it just appearing
give the pillar of flames some more vfx so it doesn't look so bland
maybe make the cutscene a bit slower i mean the part where he's molding the arrow it just goes too fast if it were slower it would give more of a wow effect

@@kremit_frog4031 again take your own dam advice. The snap back doesn't really work in this instance. Watching one video about the principals of animation doesn't automatically make you a professional animator. That technique is typically used for the impact of a punch not the wind up.

it's jsut amazing, just amazing
im no animator or particle engineer, but i see a huge over saturation of black particles in these things. Just look at the flame pillar, because there’s so much black and so little orange (which is also a little dark for my taste), it makes the flame pillar look.. i dunno just kinda “less hot” if that makes sense. Also, again, not an animator OR particle engineer, but I feel like the flame pillar could use a little more bleeding of flame on the sides. Besides the effects at the bottom and the occasional sparks everywhere, it’s basically just an orange cylinder which makes it really flat and less uhhhhhh “fierce” which is the whole concept of fire: uncontrollable, fierce. Aaaaaagain, not a particle engineer, but i think you could add some of those effect that are at the bottom of the pillar just all around the pillar so it seems less 2 dimensional. Also, not an animator and particle engineer, but you could mask the very sudden disappearance of the pillar with maybe an explosion that shakes the screen, making the pillar harder to track, flashes the screen, making everything harder to see, and just overall cover the pillar so it isn’t seen disappearing like that. Then again, I’m not an Animator or Particle Engineer so likely none of this is good advice

Try making the beam more natural, as if it was unstable energy. It looks like a smooth Pringles can ngl. Anyway, great animation. One of the best I’ve seen.
