Hey Britt and cosmic wifey fam 🌟 Brittany’s always telling us to share something that helps us and something I felt called to do this morning is to make a list of all the things that make me feel bad and on the other side of the paper write a list of all the coinciding things that I can do that will make me feel good for example what makes me feel bad is not having enough clean clothes and feeling flustered in the morning so what would make me feel good is doing my laundry and actually putting my clothes away 😂 I know it sounds so simple but I hope it helps someone else because it’s really helping me have clarity about my own joy rn.
