Been looking for dry shampoo for my fila brasileiro dogs (they HATE water) but can't find any brand in my area & I was getting desperate! Will try this on my dogs... Guess it's great for saving water as well... B-) By chance, have you tried adding safe, sweet dry spices to the mix? How about lemon, cinnamon or vanilla? Thx & HAPPY '15!
I want another recipe that doesn't call for cornstarch,,I don't even have the cornstarch baby powder. I wonder if baking soda with a few drops of eucalyptus essential oil would work, as a temporary, until I get the cornstarch stuff,,,I could get the baking soda and oil rubbed into her,,then maybe I could take coconut oil and water and spritz her then brush that into her fur? Well I wouldn't want to do that after a dry shampoo lol,,idk I'm desperate,, my dog seems so traumatized during a bath ...which makes her getting a bath,, rarely gets done ...

No never have tried adding those. In my recipe I don't think it is needed. Thanks for watching. Hope this works for you.
