If you have requirements needed to that job, you don't need to fake anything, but HRs whether they use ATS or not , they select according to the job description, whatever she's saying is better way of building your resume so that your resume will be highlighted. ATS are meant to streamline the hiring process and the major focus is on getting the most qualified CVs. Now even if your CV is highly graphical or a normal one. It is finally the Hiring Manager or Recruiter's call to verify it and qualify the appropriate CV that matches the Job description. However features like auto JD match- where based upon your CV system displays a JD match% score, they will directly get to know, which CV matches the Job description and which does not. So the conclusion here is only to apply to a job if you have the required skills, experience and it matches your current or previous relevant experience. Every company wants to hire somebody, why will they implement such a system which rejects 75% of the total talent???
So you are teaching, how to abuse the system. Well guys it's just abusing the system, Resume or CV is all about putting everything you possess, not what companies need. If you Matches then you get the job.
75% rejection means, more than 50% talent is washed away by the ATS, that is ridiculous.
They want the cream anyway. So be at the 10 % and get selected

ATS systems technically does "NOT REJECT" resumes, it only ranks them and naturally candidates with high rank will get calls.
