- For over two decades Vans Warped Tour has served as the ultimate destination for teens looking to rock out with their favorite pop-punk bands. But how do all those kids get there? Their parents! After all someone has to accompany the under-16 crowd during GWAR's set.
This year we met some of the awesome moms and dads who attend Warped Tour to get a more adult perspective on this teenage rite of passage. Whether they're seasoned rock veterans or newcomers to their kid's favorite genre, they have a surprisingly supportive take on one of punk's longest running events. Watch to see for yourself.

ThatOnePerson awe thats a shame. Im one of those parents. Ive taken my daughter for the past 3 years. Im 55 years old. Im right there with her as close as we can get to stage. Lol it great to share same music with your children. Sorry u missed out.

My mom introduced me to bands like, TDWP, ABR, MychildrenMybride, when i was about 10yo, im 20 now and super gratefull my mom listens to that kind of music

The cross road tour is ending bc it drains Kevin and the crew. They literally get no days off, no sleep and its exhausting for them. So yes that is one of the reasons that its ending. Kevin wants to teach and relax.

The mom in Red and sunglasses seems so chill, My Mom was similar to her, she didn't quit understand Warped Tour or liked it, but she brought me for 3 years cause she knew I loved going and wanted to do something sweet because her parents would never do something like that.

First off these are some of the coolest parents, props to all these awesome parents, and secondly it's great that warped was able to do this to give a chance to the kids who might of not been able to go without their parents. Great video!

I’m going to miss warped tour have gone since I was 14 and now I’m 21 and have gone 5 times during those years. I went this weekend and it definitely brought back a ton of memories with my friends jamming to the music we liked in high school. To me it was a very affordable music festival. The other ones that come to my state are easily 300-600 dollars.

Guys I kinda need some help over here lol. So I've never been to warped tour and nobody in my family had either. So the band I wanna see starts at 7 and I know warped tour starts at 11 so do you think I would be allowed to enter warped tour at like 6 or something that way I dont have to go all day and ya know it would prevent me and the person I'm going with from having a heat stroke lol.
welcome to the land of perfectly drawn eyebrows how do you know the band will start at 7? every band starts at a different time at each date.
You only find out the times the bands are playing on the day itself, but you can enter any time you want to.
Warped Tour also provides free sunscreen and water refilling stations so I assure you that you will be fine as long as you constantly drink water :)
