- TARGET Halloween 2023 FULL TOUR. We found new Target Fall 2023 Halloween decor. Tons of new Halloween decorations and costumes. They also had new pumpkin spice flavored food at Target. We saw new Target Halloween inflatables and animatronics.

It’s got to be when you see the special FX projectors with the projection mapping on houses as some of them are unreal. Along with animatronics and lighting. But generally I really just like to see all the houses that have taken the time to decorate for Halloween, whether the display is big or small.

Target has had a terrible Halloween display for the past 2 years. Everything is so cheaply made and they sell it for $40+
