Etisalat cost you 429 average monthly ,monthly traffic fines are also a mandatory part of the budget and living is 2000 t0 2500 is either shared or studio now in 2024 minimum cost of a family accommodation of a studio is 3000-3500.

World trade center is near downtown and its one of the most expensive area. So in 2,000, I dont think u will get it.
