In this new episode of "7 Days Out" I went to Chicago and caught up with UFC Welterweight Belal Muhammad, who takes on Legend Demian Maia at UFC 263. The day went as all days with fighters go, but I had a chance to learn about Belal's journey, his thoughts on the on going Palestine/Israel Conflicts and his determination to be a voice for his Muslim people as a Palestinian.

Will Harris I have to say how great your Anatomy series of documentary's have shown me a white guy from nowhere PA the truth about Muslim people and the beauty of how we are all really no different and the little things I've notice have just shown the religion and practices of a real Muslim are simply beautiful ,loving and kind. I didn't have any prejudices' before but I simply didn't know anything. Ty and the fighters themselves have been huge as well in showing the truth. Go get em Bella!!!!
