See you repair the video I was excited, I ran a lot of places, but can't buy this shutter cuff links, would you please tell me where I can buy the accessories, I was in Los Angeles
I have Hunter Douglas plantation shutters and we don't have a single one that doesn't have broken cuff links. In fact we have several hundred louvers with broken cuff links. Hunter Douglas wants $2 for each tiny plastic cuff links. Complete rip off.
Yes, this is a terrible design. Mine are under warranty, but it takes forever to get the installer to come back out and fix them. So I spend a lot of time looking at broken shutters.
Great video which just saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars! I was able to pick up the clips via Amazon as well! Thanks for posting!
Awesome instructions! Thank you so much!
Thank you! I also watched another vid on how to do this. Between the both of them, I was able to fix my shutters!
Thanks again!!!!

You can get these from Hunter Douglas. Likely free as they are covered by the warranty.

Where can I find these replacement cuff links?

This is a great vide but HOW do you get the broken cuff link out of the louver (not the tilt bar)? I can find nothing..
Just leave it in the louver. It won't hurt it.
@@victorianormanshuttersblin8920 so, do you drill it as suggested for the tilt bar?

They have a lifetime parts warranty if you purchased the shutters.
@@normandvickisstuff9768 The previous owner put them in a couple of years before we bought the house.
