In Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda "Bwala" means "problem" or "trouble". In Nigeria, If you remove the B from Bwala it becomes Wala. A Short form of Wahala. The combination is Bad-Wahala or Brother-Wahala. All jokes aside, Bwala has really messed up big time! Nigerians who held him in high esteem are super disappointed in him, and it's hard to see him getting voted for or elected to any office unless someone higher up gives him a pass because he is 2 faced. Right now, everything he says is just a bunch of empty words, no matter how much sense it might make. He's just making noise, and it's really annoying. We need to keep people like him out of government; they're only in it for themselves. It's a shame Atiku trusted him with so much info, and now he can use it against him and the PDP. Total letdown!

No matter how laudable the said judgement was, the duty of the Supreme court is not to amend the law ; it is to interpret it and give it life. If a particular provision of the constitution is being abused, it is for the Legislature to amend same. The proper question should be: why did the constitution provide for a joint account? Why didn't it provide that the fund be remitted directly to Local governments? In cases of abuse of the constitution, it is not for the Supreme court to re-write the constitution.
