Since 5th grade, I had identified as Democrat but, having spent 8 years in British Columbia, found the NDP to be a better fit in some ways. Now, back in the US, I constantly have to explain that I am fiscally conservative in the sense that I want balanced budgets that are adequately funded through fair taxation. I want the ERA passed because reproduction rights are just the symptom of a deeper cause. I want the lobbyists curtailed. Corporations are not people. They are mechanisms for shareholder profit above all and thus are unconcerned with ethics. I want legislation that compels employers to provide benefits to part-time workers at the same proportion of hours worked. Finally, I want a society that cares more about children than gun sales.
I dislike the labels Democrats being liberals and Republicans being conservatives. I am conservative as far as money, but liberal in my belief for human rights. In the end, I’ll vote for Biden since he has more integrity than the Orange Turd.

Given the format agreed to, I am not sure the mic cut-off will actually allow that to come to the fore given the former president's advancing mental decline since allowing him to ramble might be exactly proof of that, but I can always hope that "sun-down syndrome" will influence his performance in a room empty of fawning fans and be exacerbated by boring questions that he has no intention of answering straight-on.
If you want to see glitches, volunteer in an dementia care facility. I have no interest in seeing it in a presidential debate.
