Someone is sending in large quantities of the same book to do comparison grading . They sent 75 Wolverine 1 mini and got 1 10.0 and 9 9.9 ‘s and the rest 9.8’s. CZcamsrs figured it out by checking batch numbers on the census.

I recently got a few 9.9's but they were in fact all foil covers

The same nonsense happened in paper currency market. Went from 66 the highest grade to 70. All the 65 and 66 I had dropped dramatically in so called value. I left that hobby. Same thing happening in comics. Though I learned my lesson and don't go chasing waterfalls.

Didn't someone from cgc come out and say that they just gave books a 9.8 when they should have given them a 9.9? I guess they forgot to read their own grading book. 😅
