19 books!!! You go girl! I really enjoyed Weyward, but I also like the time periods that are in the book and the nature elements. I picked it up thinking it was cozy because of the gorgeous cover and found out page 6 it was not, but I still really enjoyed it!
Seaside Cafe is the best summer binge!!! If you love this series, Bree Baker is Julie Ann Lindsey, and her Cider Shop series is a lot like the seaside series except fall vibes.
I love Leslie Meier books I just got back into reading them. My favorite of the month was Darling Girls I think it's my favorite thriller I have read so far this year!
It’s definitely one my favorite thrillers of the year so far. My other fav is Jar of hearts by Jennifer Hillier. I love that you’re reading Leslie Meier! 👏

I DNF'ed Weyward and I really never dnf books. 😂. I considered reading Annie Bot....but maybe not. LOL I just got the Finlay and Sally Hepworth books at the library!! I LOVE the TOG series so much! I read it last year- a book a month and its like one of my all time favs. I loved Just for the Summer!!!!!!
I read Annie Bot as well and I wasn't toooo impressed with it either.. it was an interesting concept, just not executed as well as it could have been!. Darling Girls was awesome!!!!!! Loved it! Thanks for sharing!
What a great reading month!! I’m looking for a 5 star thriller so maybe I need to check out Darling Girls! Too bad you didn’t like Weyward, but I totally get the reasoning. I love historical settings and witchy/magical books so it was a great fit for me but definitely very heavy and triggering at the same time. And I’m getting major fomo because everyone is loving Just For The Summer! 😂
