I'm gonna try to put The Hobbit on my TBR for 2025. Haven't read it since '92. Never read the rest of the series, but I hope to remedy that soon. And I would say for a 400-page book, I look up definitions and people, places, and things about 150-200 times. That's probably why I read so slowly.
@@someothercharacter The Hobbit is amazing! It is enjoyable each time you read it. I really love that book. The Lord of the Rings books are great as well. It is even better if you watched the Peter Jackson movies. I use Google a lot to look up the words I am not familiar with. It is a great tool for pronouncing words correctly. I love Needful Things, it's my favourite Stephen King novel. It explores some interesting themes. The graphic novel of The Hobbit is excellent and well worth reading if your library has it.
@@DisquietandDragons-lh3zm I really enjoyed Needful Things as well. It is a great book. I do like other stories more but I really liked that story. I'm reading the Dark Half now. It has a couple of characters from Needful Things in it. Both reference Cujo. It is cool when Stephen King does that. He does that quite often. The Hobbit is a great story.
