advice I would like to present, is that although you shouldn't compare and focus on yourself... You should look to people who are experienced in your field of expertise for advice. Advice goes a long way and the experienced ones with time under their belt have knowledge ready for you.
Thats not what they were talking about. They were talking about not comparing yourself to other people, like friends, coworkers, family, etc. Basically just take social media with a grain of salt, or don’t even use it
