Honestly, Bruno Mars has the best live performances than any other artist. Most of performances these days are ridiculous with many stages, weird dance moves that are very easy to do, hundreds of back up dancers, lip syncing, and autotune and all that. The Weeknd has timbre which is more similar to Michael Jackson, but he lacks of range. Bruno Mars has that range but his voice is not fully influenced by MJ (I remember Bruno has like reggae background too)

These performance happened in Billboard awards was surpringly amazing specially we hooligans were all surprise so much because this was the time when Bruno Mars and the band were doing their world tour concert. I just thought they couldnt come here because it's too exhausted in the concert already but Bruno and the band made it magically.amazing. I was stunned when I watched it I couldnt believe they still have the energy to perform that night. But as you take a look here Bruno was tired already but still nailed it❤

U must indeed. He will not disappoint! I’m 58 years and saw him in concert a couple years ago, with one of my coworkers. I must admit, his show was right up there with Prince and some other greats that I have seen. It was a pleasure to see all ages in his audience at that show. There was a kid with his mom that looked about 8 or 9 years old, sitting in the row ahead of us. He was singing and doing all the Bruno dances...but then again...so was I.
Forget all other concerts, see him first!!! I went to his Manila concert and it was a riot! Too much fun esp when beer is served! LOL

It’s just that the produced recorded versions have the AMAZING background music, independent melodies, crazy heavenly harmonies, and more along with his AMAZINGLY TALENTED voice to tie it all together. The live performances are meant to more-so show off his INCREDIBLY talented vocals, range, ability to improve and riff off the original produced track, his great dancing, and overall untouchable entertainment skills. Both are mindblowingly great and equally amazing because of what they each show off and bring to the table.
