In general, I do NOT RECOMMEND this activity. If you want to know about a city I suggest to take a walk with a tour guide. If you want to try a new expirience, try something really amazing, this is not what you think. You will enjoy first 10 min but then you will get bored. In particular with this company, the tour guide was 20 minutes late and he was "unwell", probably because a "bad" nigth. He was throwing all the way. Dont they have anybody else to substite him?
No recomiendo esta actividad. Si quieres conocer Madrid, contrata un guía y disfruta de la ciudad andando. Si quieres nuevas experiencias, prueba algo más emocionante. Con esto, disfrutarás los primeros diez minutos y luego te aburrirás. En particular con esta empresa, el guía llegó veinte minutos tarde y en un estado lamentable. Durante la ruta estuvo vomitando. Podrían haber tenido a alguien que le sustituyera.
