GOD THIS EPISODE. As a gay person it hits so deep it's insane. Like the way I feel for Bradley and the characters in the camp, IDK. Even though it's hilarious and made-for-jokes, it's also still so grounded god. Butters' speech at the end... South Park makes such good gay episodes for no reason.
I agree.. and they wrote Big Gay Al to also be the most level-headed, sane adult in South Park. They're actually really sweet in writing the gay episodes tbh, they're never mean-spirited with them tbh (i.e., Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride, Craig x Tweek, etc.)

Feel free to watch the whole series from the start if you want to! That's what I did, and although I have to agree that the first few seasons were barely anything to write home about, I did not regret that decision!

One of the bigger reasons why I like south park is they make fun of EVERYONE, like including people who have the creators own beliefs and those who oppose. I don’t like all jokes personally but it’s pretty funny how they send the message. They make fun of conservatives while also having a mainly conservative audience, then also making fun of those who are VERY progressive. (Not that being progressive is wrong just how they portray those people who are white saviors, and ‘force’ people to go vegan n stuff.. like hippies I guess LOL.)
That being said.. I suggest any PC (new principal) related episodes. They spread good message but are also very very funny. Oh and as for Kenny / butter episodes as you stated they maybe your top characters, “going native” is a decent one. 😁
