Hey, watch the movie, "End of the Harvest". I think God was trying to let us know we are real close!!! I mean any believer can see we are definitely in the season, we see the birth pangs of prophecy fulfilled daily, but there were some other neat little things that David A.R. White's character talks about that God through types and models. Thanks for this rapture film!! Looking forward to the blessed hope!!!

It didnt seem like anyone was foretelling when its going to happen, didnt see or hear any dates just looks like someone makeing a short film about it as it says. No one can foretell such things only God knows when hes returning, so we all need to make sure were ready, stay awake or he will come like a thief in the night! God Bless and Praise the Lord!

We are living in the new heaven and new earth now. It is a spiritual kingdom. First the physical then the spiritual then the glorious. The old heaven and old earth (nation of Israel physical) passed away in AD70. This is now the Christian era (spiritual). Christ is king now. His kingdom is an eternal kingdom now and will never be destroyed. Christ did return by His Spirit so in a real sense He NEVER left. There is no evidence that this earth will ever be the habitation of the redeemed.

Read Luke 17:34-37, the disciples ask Jesus where the one taken go, and he answers with a prophecy found in Revelation 19:17-21. Read it with no commentary and pray that the Lord reveals wisdom in you. Then ask yourself if according the Jesus' words if you wanna be taken or left behind.
i do beleive in the second coming, a catching up, i just have a hard time finding the scriptures that represent a catching up before second coming. i am open to it, seems it is the second coming scriptures that are used for the rapture. my only burden in this whole thing is that alot of people think they are going to get out of a bad situation before it happins, therefore they shirk there trials of faith, they are building with untempered morter and we will lose many in the battle.

Peter, there is no place in the scriptures where the word rapture appears. The use of the word rapture is used in the place of the original greek language, transliterated into english from the original received text, the canon of scripture, the meaning of the greek term used is "a jerking up, or a catching away" So, even though the word isn't there, the idea is the same... We Christians get quite a bit of guff over using a word all the time that is nowhere in the scriptures. Hope this helps.

So... when will Jesus return exactly? Is it before the rapture or after the rapture?
Be ready. I believe before because we are to be ready all times and it kicks off 7 years of trouble/tribulation, but it looks like there might be other smaller harvests. But, if the rapture comes and you rejected your opportunity, then one is sent a strong delusion to believe the antichrist is the real Christ and are lost when they receive the mark. Some are saved by seeing the rapture or throughout the 7 years. So, it appears to me there may be a smaller harvest right before the 2nd coming (and maybe some during). There is a big debate as to before, middle, or after, but we are to be ready at all times because no one knows the day or hour but we can know the season-- so that's a reason for Pre-Tribulation because the others we would know the mid mark or end of the 7 years. Elijah, Philip, Jesus, and John all experienced a rapture. The book of Ruth has a wheat and barley harvest that models this on the thrashing floor. There were others that would harvest it in smaller quantities. The wheat was thrown up in the air and the wind would blow the chaff into a separate pile for the fire. The wheat would come straight back down. We come back down with Jesus in the second coming, Zech 14. So how would we come back if we didn't go with him? There is also raptures in the millennia that get mixed up with this. The rapture is from the original Greek, "harpazo" or "caught up" in English. This is described in 1 Thes 4 and 1 Cor 15:51. This is the "blessed hope" we look forward to. Jesus snatches us up (via angels) the moment before destruction to meet Him in the air, where we get our resurrected body and are with Him, our creator, forever. The best teaching I have seen on this is Chuck Missler--he has free stuff on youtube. Blessings!

No one knows the day or the hour, so we are to be ready for the Bridegroom by getting to know Him through His word. The scripture makes you wise to salvation. See Romans 10:9 for how to be saved. 1 Thes 4 and 1 Cor 15:51 tells you of rapture or "harpazo" in the original Greek translated as "caught up" in English. The second coming is in Zech 14. The safest place at all times is in Christ. The rapture sets off a 7 years of Trouble, but some are saved by seeing it. If one rejects Him, they believe the antichrist is the real Christ. Believers are spared the plagues. God always keeps a remnant to Himself. Don't take the mark!!! There may be a smaller harvest/rapture right before the 2nd coming and some are protected/hidden in Petris. Believers are grafted in, so God can do amazing things for those that cry out to be saved!

Right. EVery eye shall see Him on that day. There is no secret rapture. And there is no rapture before the Lord returns to destroy the antichrist. See Thessalonians. He returns at the end of tribulation
You are taking prophetic language which, was always understood metaphorically, literally, and thats a big mistake. Our home is in Heaven -- it is a spiritual kingdom of glory. Meantime the kingdom of God has come in our hearts. If Christ made an appearance it would completely destroy everything by the consuming fire of his presence. That's not to say he may not do that someday but meantime live, we die and we go to Heaven, the realm of God's Family. Thats my take. :) Blessings.
