Thanks for sharing your “system “ for FAST cooking. My question is after opening can soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame seed oil, Wason sauce and such, do these items need to be refrigerated or are they shelf stable. Thanks for all your videos

Tak, I am not sure you can cook spinach and pepper when you put them on top of the egg. They’ll probably stay raw.
