During the season we try to be as profitable as possible but then as the season goes so does the business. What are some niches that we can invest, where we can be profitable year round. Would be interested to hear Shawn's thoughts on how really dark goshiki tosai develop over time. Will that sumi eventually go unstable? I've seen Goshiki tosai that are pure white like a Kohaku and others that are already pitch black at a young age.

My local ko I monger is far less expensive $5 to $25 3" to4" = $5 5" to 8" $25 mostly culls but I find true gems
