Oooh thank you for mentioning this! Galaxia looks magical but the rest of this mini isn't for me, Mini Retro on the other hand is something I'd get way more use out of
Galaxia was originally from the Star palette.
One thing I really appreciate about this palette is that you were able to create one warmer look and one cooler look. I think it's cool that I wouldn't have guessed you could create two unique looks especially from just a 5 pan palette. For that reason I am excited about it!

I only have the retro, pastel mini palettes and absolutely love them for travel! Definitely picking this one up- it’s perfect everyday look for daily life in Japan. They tend to lean more towards soft neutrals and no-makeup makeup looks.

Great review. I love cool toned eye looks on my medium deep complexion. The tones are soft and there is much versatility for a travel sized palette. I don’t have the retro or glam however I think they would be a great compliment to both.

Two beautiful looks. Nude Mauve can also be found in the Lila and Retro palettes, Per se is from the Lila palette, Galaxia is from the mini Retro palette and Vega and Rhea are from the Star palette.
This is such a cute mini from ND 😅 I have all the shades; as I own all the palettes these are from 😊 I may or may not get it but her recent mini palettes have been so good ! ❤ ps Patty the pronunciation of per sé is “per say” & that happens to be one of my all time favorite mattes from ND & in the Lila palette 🥰 the mini retro also contains the sparkly shade 😅
Such a nice review! I know it has been a while but can sb tell me, if the galaxia shade git hard paned? Because mine in the mini retro got hard paned right away and i wohld like a new one, but not if it is the same issue again.

As much as I love the looks on you. I’m passing. When you mentioned how it looks different in some photos I totally nodded because I was interested by the pinky leaning photos out there. The wow of the video for me was the lip combo 😆
I picked up this palette, and it was released in the UK the same day as everywhere else 🙌 it's definitely deeper in person. I tried to pick up the Glaminatrix sugar and spice palette, but it sold out so fast.
Hmm I know you mentioned it’s a cooler toned palette but the only shade that looks cool is per se. The rest looks like warm or neutral to slightly warm. Better for me lol!

I am pretty light.. i wear fair/ light on foundation. And i hate darks I never wear black even as eyeliner i prefer a light medium brown.. So this pallet is a Dream. I kept looking for its release date and it came out the day after I made a purchase.. But i want this!
I love the palette but seeing your review the vega shadow also looks rather similar to the peachy one in mini retro. And mini retro also has galaxy.

ND shipping is crazy 10$ so the code is amazing if u want other products too or something over 35$ otherwise with the shipping and the code it's like 32.54 which is a few dollars more then Sephora. I used ur code and got the concealer too. Mine still hasn't been sent it only shipped out last night and I ordered it as soon as it released for preorder for ND members. I can't wait to use it and I have a med tan skin tone .

It looks good but nothing special. I wanted to get that mini because I thought it would be more pink leaning, less warm. The sparkles don’t seem to be as sparkly as the one she gave us in the Yuca palette, right?

I prefer deeper, warmer looks and more sparkly so this palette is not for me. The deepest shade would look ashy on me. I doubt this will work for deeper skin tones. Edit: I did own the Star palette and decluttered it because I wasn’t using the cool toned half, the shimmers are not as good as the Gold palette and there were 2 more colorful mattes but no colorful shimmer to go with it with I don’t enjoy for myself.
This feels a little like a Natasha Denona 'Pillow Talk' palette.

Thank you for covering the purple toned shadow at the end of the video, Patty. Gah. It seems like nothing but a peachy beige party...except for that beautiful cool toned purplish mauve which are colors ND gives with every palette of her. Why can't she come out with a more purply cool toned mini ? I keep seeing purple color stories sell out right away everywhere, and yet the big companies keep sticking to their core sell over and over again. Frustrating.
Right? I look so bad in the peach/orange leaning shades that have been popular.

If the darkest shade was darker this palette would be really pretty. But as it is, it’s simply too mid tone.
Hard pass on this one. I have many of her larger palettes and about five of her mini palettes. There isn't a single ND mini palette that I really like. As Patty says, aside from the color on the right, this is a basic palette. Bet even including that special shade, it isn't special.
My opinion stays the same.this isn’t a medium skin tone and above palette. Very disappointing. Ashy as heck.
