- Hi! This is my OC animation process using IbisPaint X and FlipaClip. Not really a tutorial, just to show how I animate and I hope this helps people who struggles to finish on time. Hope you enjoy it. ^^

As an animator, it's still really crazy to me how it can take hours to create a 5 second animation

I never considered that animating with a puppet style was possible in flipaclip! This is such a time saving idea thank you!
Keeping all kinds of body pose , eyes, head, hand, and then use it to create animation. Without need to redraw everything again , that is totally brilliant. ❤❤

Drawing all the body parts first and then just moving them in FlipaClip.. very smart, thank you for this tutorial!

I'm new to animating I do warrior cats animations this is a great process! Must say doing it all on flippa clip takes days if not weeks or months.

I draw separated frames or body parts (depending on what fits more for the scene) in ibisPaint x then port them to my computer and use a video editor
This is really helpful and satisfying to watch! You have such a unique style and your character designs are very well thought up! Your definitely deserve more attention:)
Actually the style wasn't that unique, the style is called Puppet Style

This is very well done and insightful I’ve been thinking of using FlipaClip to animate but I’m so used to using procreate for my drawings but with this process I think I can just draw the assets in procreate and put them together in FlipaClip

It does. Just download a audio from yt then watch a ad in flipa clip for some background?
@@ipupi8784 no, they mean they cant listen to their music when animating, not that they cant add music to the animation.
also they cant listen to their music while animating because when you press the play button in flipaclip, it counts as playing a video so it stops the music playing from any other app

As an animator with ADHD bone animation like this is my only way of animating. Though I don’t use ibis paint or flip a clip, I use scratch. Which is hella limiting.

the way i do is skecthing on flipaclip, finish lineart and colour on ibispaint, after export png i import back on flipaclip to make movies mp4. if ibispaint update animation freature i mybe dont need use flipaclip.

How long did this whole process take for you? Like the making the body parts in Ibis paint and importing them over
ok, let me say LITERALLY the HUGEST mistake i've made during my animations, before I saw this video. ok so ive always wanted to make smooth animations and i thought 12 fps is the best because you can "make more movement within those 12 frames" except thats only 1 mistake i made. the hugest mistake though is, i would copy 1 frame and paste in 12 times so it would be a second except when i watched this i discovered it should only be 1 time 💀😭
