I don’t know the name of the singer in the middle, but I do notice her voice is a little bit more nasally and honestly it brings a fantastic tone to the entire performance, would’ve loved to hear it in the broadway recording

That, my friend, is the amazing Shaina Taub. She's also a composer and I higggghly recommend checking out Shaina Taub's 12th night. She's also working on the upcoming Devil Wears Prada musical wth Elton John. And her album, Die Happy is a great listen. (Also you can hear her on the NYTW recording of Hadestown.)
