I wish such could also be done on the 99 names of Allah... really breaking down each name/quality for us to better appreciate the nature of our Lord, Most High. I might just faint with each episode😁. May our hearts be expanded for the Love of our incredible Rasoolullah and Magnificent Rabb subhana wa ta'ala. May each of this series transform us in intention, thought, words, deeds and akhlaq... so that we me be of those pleasing to our Creator, representing our Messenger s.a.w to our best ability. Allahumme salli ala seyidina Muhammedin ve ala ali seyidina Muhammed
Abu Hurairah narrated that Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said,
“When a man dies, his good deeds come to an end except three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, and righteous offspring who will pray for him.” (Muslim).
Ya Rab. Forgive us. Have mercy on us. Bestow your mercy upon us and the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W). Give us the tawfiq to worship you in ways that are most befitting to you and in ways that you are most pleased with. Save us from the punishment of the grave and hell-fire. Ya Rab make us of those who are righteous and steadfast upon your deen - Al Islam. Make us of those who are united with the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) on the Day of Judgement. Allahumma Ameen.
Dua for Laylatul Qadr nights
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ كَرِيمٌ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
Allahumma innaka Afuwwun [Karimun ] tuhibbul `afwa fa`fu `annee
O Allah, indeed You are Pardoning, [Generous,] You love pardon, so pardon me
Aisha reported: I asked: “O Messenger of Allah! If I realize Lailat-ul-Qadr (Night of Decree), what should I supplicate in it?” He replied, “You should supplicate: Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun, tuhibbul-‘afwa, fa’fu ‘anni (O Allah, You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness; so forgive me).”
