For those that don't have balls you probably think the skin is very sensitive, similar to labia. This is WRONG. Ball skin is quite durable and feels similar to your elbow skin if you stretch out your arm. Not as sensitive (but still sensitive) as other parts (can we take a moment to appreciate the skin on our balls?) The testes inside the balls are quite sensitive. Lightly grazing them or barely hitting them will result in a delayed internal pain that starts in your lower abdomen. Ball skin is constantly moving to maintain temperature. If you stare too long, it looks like an edritch entity. We have no control over how the skin contracts and expands. All this movement makes them itch when confined to a tight space. When you scratch your ballskin, you can be rough with it and it feels better. As long as the testes are away, you can scratch them decently hard. I’ll add one addition/caveat that the skin is tough to touch, but sensitive to any chemical irritation. If you accidentally get anything down there with maybe menthol, essential oil, or even a hand lotion with too much alcohol in it, it’ll sting pretty good. A good analogy might be the skin of your eyelid. You can rub it pretty hard, even pinch it, but you have to be careful if you have something on your hands or need to apply something.
wtf? if your balls are so sensitive that a slight graze hurts then you've got something wrong, and tight spaces don't make them itch - irritation or being generally messy makes them itch. and you can control the skin, it's just not immediate and if it is immediate then you're putting ice cubes on it. wtf guy
First one is the reverse claw. The second one is the "Italian hello". The third is the pinch and roll. You missed the very basic but often used middle finger taint itch that as far as I know doesn't have a name probably because of how close the finger comes to the back door.

Balls absolutely get itchy. They itch more if you don't shower but they itch regardless. If you have a lot of body hair it will tickle your balls. Clothing also affects it as well as sweat and heat.
