- The Teal Panel Cabana is completely modular and can be assembled on a raised deck, platform, concrete slab or bare ground in just a few hours with only a screwdriver. With 450 sq ft of divided living space, no parts to corrode, mildew and mold resistant parts, it is ideal for humid climates.

Worth every bit I need one
I need to see one of these multi-room setups built.
Its all relative isn't it. A small 75 sq ft travel trailer can cost about $22,000. At $150 per square foot, 450 sq ft of the average home costs $67,000. It all depends on the application and need of the buyer.
I really love what you've done with the modular design and stuff. Real estate markets so high, I bet you can easily flip nice profit, but, the problem is that as the cost of everything goes up and the price of replication doesn't, it becomes extremely easy for someone, being that you can't copyright certain "rules" if you will, to make their own brand of the same thing and open source it for cheap.
Now I'm sure you must put some work into what you do, but, today, people have rapid prototyping for making caste which act as molds for materials, making it super easy to replicate and the cost ends up being purely material requirements. I'm not saying I wouldn't invest into a portable house, but, the technology available today is such that people could customize this too easily.
I encourage you to advertise your product more, especially to millennials.
how wind resistant is it? foundation? can the panels be filled with sand or water?
I like these for my lot in Arizona while I build the main house-- got power and water right out front of the property-- no restriction on the type of dwelling, just min. 296 sqft... what's the like span on the roofing fabrics?
For how long is the Guarantee? The 10x10 for for how much and what's included? Thanks
Great idea and sure glad is made in the USA!!!
$22,000 for that really? I am sorry but I wouldnt pay that at all for 450 Sq. Ft.
My one big question about this is, if the basic panels themselves cost around $150 and the Windowed panels cost around $250, why do the doors which are smaller and use less material cost 15 to 16 hundred dollors??? I mean this is awesome for people who don't want to get tents, even if it is a little pricey but I could build my own doors for the same price as the Windowed panels...
You are referring to the door frame assembly which includes a sturdy tubular welded and powder coated aluminum frame, ABS and PVC insulated door(s) with a key lock and sliding security bolt, windows, and hardware. It also includes the two insulated ABS molded end profiles that marry up to the wall panels and the assembly strap that encircles the structure. The door frame assembly is a key structural component that anchors the enclosure.
You are certainly welcome to purchase just the components, i.e panels, that you want and build the rest. This is more practical on the shelter version than the camper that must withstand the rigors of road travel.
Well I can see why the doors are so expensive now... But if making a camper really isn't what I have planned, still a wonderful product for what I do have planned... So are the panels themselves stack-able??? Like can you put one square set of panels on top of another???
Winston Weaver Yes, the panels nest together and stack on their long edge. They can be stacked four high.
Sweet, thank you for the info...
