Three Islands in Three Days: Ulva

- While on holiday in Mull with a reasonably good weather forecast I decided to visit 3 islands off its shore.
Ulva was the first with a short passenger ferry crossing and a lovely walk around part of the island visiting some historical sites.

It still impresses how many of our precious Western Isles have such individual character. Some struggle to grow a tree, but you walk through lovely natural woodland.
A joyous trip, Brora doing her doggy thing; the zoomies on Calgary beach, who can blame her!!
I had the privilege some years back to visit Iona. A place of calm and to invigorate the spirit.☺️
Before I forget, Happy Birthday!! And as others mentioned, you're not alone with the most faithful Brora at your side.

I loved seeing Brora running on the stunning beach looked like he was having time of his life, and the whining on the boat so cute. Mull is on my list and now even more so and thanks so much for showing us about, you are an inspiration for walking on your own, I started 6 years ago when my sister died, I used to be scared to go out on my own but life is too short and go everywhere on my own now. Loved the filming through the wild flowers so pretty ❤. Thanks again x

Lovely views I enjoy visiting islands I have had trips recently to Eigg and Rum which were fantastic I will visit Ulva brilliant thanks for sharing Andy
I wanted to go to Eigg this trip but the weather deteriorated, saving it for another time. Been to Rum though. Thanks for watching. 👍
There’s a lovely new cafe at Eigg harbour and lots to explore on the island I recommend climbing An Sgurr for the views I will go back one day great fun a put a short video of my trip on my channel but there’s a lot I didn’t see on the island All the best take care love your channel Andy

Ease Fors waterfall means waterfall in 3 languages, Gaelic, Old Norse and English.
My wife and I did same walk as you two years ago but in much better and warmer weather and in opposite direction. Thanks again.
Yeah, I kept meeting people coming the opposite way. Beautiful island. 👍
Forgot to mention. Ease Forse has a large pool at its base. I swam in that pool. Water was rather warm 23C according to my thermometer. Does not happen often though.

Happy birthday. Mull is my fave island. Did you walk over to Erraid? It's a great walk when the tide is right. Well worth exploring.

Great wee vid again. Did those coos let you past without incident? I hate the big bloody things as well when out walking.
@@RonnieToby yes, they did. I think Highland coos are a bit more docile plus they weren’t fenced in so probably didn’t feel as threatened. Thanks for watching. 👍
