Well, this is one of the only remaining moments from Thinkway and Toy Story's partner-ship. It's sad that Thinkway lost the license. Let's hope Mattel doesn't ruin Toy Story figures like what they done to the Thomas franchise!

Imagine being in that factory, putting a Soft N Huggable Woody head where the TSC collection heads are being painted and voilá! (So he gets the brown lines on his hair) I wish i could do that bc i have tingling hands and can't paint the thing by myself 😭

I have all of the main characters of Toy Story 3. The Woody and Buzz Lightyear of the collection are Thinkway’s Signature Collection! Jessie and Bullseye are also from that line. The rest are just accurate representations of the others. It feels so great to have the main cast of 3. Now my plan is to get others such as Bo Peep and RC. Wish me luck everyone! ✌️

I love how he knows that kids are going see Toy Story and most likely want the toys Andy has and want to have the actual toy to recreate their favorite scenes from the movie or just feel like the toys came straight out of the movie.

I was one of those kids who didn't get a Buzz Lightyear because they were sold out in 1995. So my Dad took me to Radio Shack and got me a Hot Machine Dodge Ram monster truck (which I still have) 😁

Man I remember when I was a kid, I had the same Buzz Lightyear that Andy had in the movie
I am honestly sad and upset. I heard rumors of Thinkaway losing the Toy Story license, And then going bankrupt. I only believed it with a grain of salt, However after what recently happened I believe the rumor. If you type in the company's address "8885 Woodbine Ave, Markham, Ontario, L3R 5G1, Canada". The headline says permanently closed! The moment I saw that I felt pity, I pity the factory workers, I pity employees, And especially Albert Chan! I hope Mattel can do just as well, but after seeing fun sized woody, I am kind of worried... Thinkaway will always have a friend in me.....
Yeah I think maybe they lost money and the pandemic hurt their business sadly. They did lose their license but I didn’t know about them going bankrupt.

I got one thing to say to think-way even though they no longer making the toys: It’s not that hard to create woody and buzz using the Pixar data from their toy mode expressions, and their features like the slow retract pull string and karate chop action. I just hope they take notes from us and give us what we want, if not it’ll be like the writers and actors strike all over again.

Cool! So thinkway toy is from China? What about Mattel and Disney store?
Toy Business is very complicated it’s not that simple. The company started and is based in Canada. Production of making the actual toys is cheaper to make in China so that’s why the toys are made there through manufacturing and distribution deals but they are distributed all over the world from Canadian headquarters. People don’t realize they had to make these toys translated to up to 16 different languages for fans in countries who want Buzz or Woody or other toys to speak their language. Mattel and Disney store also use Chinese factories to produce toys cheaply but then distribute globally as well. It’s very interesting. Very few toys these days are actually made in the country these companies are based in. Why? It’s all about the money.. they save cost by producing for a cheaper cost in another country.

Thinkway toys lost the license so they can't make the toys anymore for now.
Lotso was a cool character. They should have brought him back for Toy Story 4.

@@todayigrewup There they could have redeemed Lotso and given him the redemption story he deserved. It could have started with Lotso wanting revenge on Woody. However they find a common enemy in a toy far more evil Lotso. After a series of mis-adventures, Lotso fully redeems himself and helps Woody and forgets about wanting revenge. What do you think?
