    This park has come out 2 world known top line news THIS year, including the pool party. After the pandemic, I think THIS park even Wuhan city will be A hot spot for world tourist. Most people know no China cities except Beijing and Shanghai, at least they get A impression of Wuhan.

      @@themepark101. And Nagishima Spa Land also looks really cool. They have an elite RMC, but also an overrated Morgan coaster that I guess is the longest in the world.

    I think it’s cool to know a CZcamsr from Wuhan. I’m always interested in knowing people with different heritages and cultures than me. Especially since Wuhan has a dark history from Covid, it must be epic af to live there. But it does seem like a great city I must say.

    Wuhan is easily the most political and polarizing city in the world! Happy Valley looks pretty cool. But I won’t be visiting due to Wuhan reopening the Wholesale Seafood market where Covid started, as well as other wet markets. I personally just don’t feel comfortable with it. But if the wet markets close, maybe lll think about visiting.

      @themepark101  Před 3 lety +1

      Unfortunately, there are wet markets all over the world. You don't have to visit them. I understand your view though.

      @@themepark101. Well yeah that’s not the problem. Like yeah obviously I will never set foot in a wet market. Because first of all, their food is the absolute most disgusting thing in the world. Bats on sticks, and other live animals. Like I understand it’s part of their culture, and that’s how people in China are raised. Like I understand it’s part of their heritage. But I just think it’s truly unbelievable that one local seafood market in Wuhan caused so many deaths, so many restrictions, no more fans attending sporting events, business shutting down. That’s why I don’t like wet markets. One local wet market changed our whole community. And also impacted our roller coaster world. Indiana Beach was inches away from going out of business.
      But, I respect your opinion. Especially since you live in China and would know better than me.

      @@themepark101. And while I don’t have to visit them. I would estimate at least half the China population visits Wet Markets. So now, someone at the market catches it, and spreads it to everyone they walk by in the city. That’s exactly what happened in December of 2019. There was an unknown outbreak of Pneumonia, but China claimed at the time it would be all under control. Obviously that didn’t age well. Someone caught Covid in December, and spread to everyone in Wuhan, and then most of the people in Wuhan were asymptomatic, and spread to more people not knowing they had it. And spread to the entire world. That’s why in my opinion Wet Markets should be permanently banned. They just have normal food from restaurants and/or grocery stores. I’m fine with standard Chinese food, even tho I think it’s disgusting. I hate Chinese food more than any other food in the world probably, but at least it’s not leading to pandemics.

      @@zz6-z The amount of deaths was totally down to the lack of action from governments around the world. Wuhan is totally back to normal now because of how they reacted to the virus. The outbreak could of happened anywhere.
