He claims how the state has more jobs than people and the government must spend on higher education, training people and skill development. Instead they are passing laws and building controversies.

Bangladesh is fighting against job reservation while in India introducing reservation even in private. US is giving jobs to foreign nationals while in India States are not ready to give jobs to people of other states who have skills .

Bangladesh's protest is different. 30% reservations have been given to freedom fighters(1971 war) by the Awami league which led that war against Pakistan. The BNP which is in opposition is pro-Pakistan and pro-Chinese party who was upset to leave Pakistan due to Islamic ideology. The BNP is against this reservation not cuz it wants merit but cuz it was against that war and hates those freedom fighters.

This is just common sense.
I have a first hand example. I'm a Company Secretary and work as an investment banker in Morgan Stanley Mumbai. We co ordinate occasionally with our Bangalore office for work and sometimes we literally can't work with some of them because they don't speak Hindi! Like what? It will be hard for them to relocate and simultaneously paying emis for their properties they left in blr. Same for the big corporations who have heavily invested there..
