@@imtypingwords No where close. I live in a home like this and my monthly light bill is $25,000 a month. At night is when the power kicks in. The lights outside turn's on to light up the homes. What also run's the bill up is the water fountains and pool.
Finally sold... Cheers to the owners. I am sure they would love it. I always loved looking this house over the years.

I used this video as inspiration for a mansion I build in the Sims 4. I know that information is not useful to this channel, but I still wanted to share it, lol. The video is shot beautifully though and showed all the details really well, props to whoever filmed it.
I wish we had more designs like this in The Sims 4. Elegant/Extravagant/Over the top/etc.

Yeah people who are ignorant to NJ think that everything looks like Newark or Paterson. New Jersey has some of the most beautiful suburbs in the whole country. A lot of people that commute to the city and have high paying jobs in Manhattan have houses in Jersey.

One thing about my state is, if i was to ever make it out of the hood, i'll state right here being rich in my state. I love my state for sure. And i'm from the city of newark

Alpine is very high in tax, also very close to Manhattan.
@@rayblox4859 Alpine pretty much has the lowest tax rate in all of N.J. Englewood Cliffs is very low too. A house in Alpine That sells in the $2,000,000 range is under 20k. a year. In My town, 6 miles from Manhattan, a house that sells in the $2,000,000 range pays about 70k a year on much smaller property ( less than half an acre}. This property is about 6 acres.
