Back after about a month! I had fallen off the wagon for a few days at one point but came back and was consistent. This video has been an absolute game changer! I include it in my morning and night routine. Every black man needs to listen to this every day. We do deserve it. We are worthy. We will be everything we dream of.

Day 1 complete. And it’s weird to think about bc we as black men don’t hear positive affirmations enough and it’s hard for us to hear it and even harder to believe it.
Keep listening, watching and saying it over and over. You will eventually begin to believe it even more than you believe the lies you’ve heard and sometimes tell yourself.
