We work hard for upgrades. We spend money in Diamonds. We want to believe this game is giving us goals and achievements. We want to feel like we are winning, and then the true tests are done. I always felt like most of this game did not have hardly any effects on upgrades, I had been upgrading ships and noticing no extra damages to the titan and boss. I would ask questions in the forums and was belittled many times as I knew something was wrong. I finally said I would do my own tests as proof of what was being said. You can spend over 13 million stars per ship upgrades to get your 15% missles, wing gun, and main gun all fighter upgrades. it takes tons of time, possible money and here are the disappointing real results. this is outrageous. I even contacted the game makers a few times in the past to seeing if my account was broke. What a shame. What else does not work?
Unless you have a good amount of disposable income and a ridiculous amount of free time - don’t waste your time being frustrated with Wing Fighter. If you want the cool upgrades you either have to fork over more money than any game should ever charge or spend an obsurd amount of time playing and even then you still won’t get the cool upgrades if you don’t cave in and make a purchase.
Thats kinda the point to this video. Working hard to get your equipment, ships and more to find most of it does nothing is disappointing.

I finally got conquerer ship and all 5 pieces, how much of a difference does it make. Do use it them or stay with my main build that does more damage?
It seemed like the first two stars I could see a difference. Once I got my 3rd stars, I was wondering if it was even making a difference. I do have a video about this on my list.
You get a huge bonus on damage alone with 5 concourer pieces together. Once I got my gold concourer 5 pieces, I never used another ship, honestly. I personally would only use that ship and build it. If you do, by chance, have a common ship that is more powerful, always use your most powerful ships, but again, a 5 piece concourer has many huge perks.
I have the same exact question? My conquerer set is 402 k damage and main build is 470k. Not sure which one to use bro
@yovannycanela if you have all five pieces of the concourer ship, 100% use the concourer because you get a bunch of hidden perks such as extra damage, etc. One way you can know is do the titan challenge or event boss challenge with both to see your average point value but me personally, once I got my concourer, I never looked back at other ships and option but, that depends on how fast you are keeping up with the concourer in the future vs common ships and gear. Always, always use your best gear for damage.

You can leave any legion safely withnall.of your technologies. If you leave during planet wars, you forfeit your earnings from that legions week, basically. It will take 24 hours once you join a new legion to be active again. Again, there is no loss to the factual technologies you have and earned.

Well. That's a tough question. I have been playing over a year religiously. Collecting your freebies every day adds up very quickly. I do not have enough material for all of the ships. Most of the upgrades you see on the ships are more of the basic ships that are easier to acquire. Over the year, I have invested in pilots, some gem upgrades, concourer upgrades, and more. By doing concourer chests, you do gain massive amounts of other ship upgrades, materials, and more.
I always also advise to pay for ad free at all cost. I also recommend doing the battle pass. It's worth every penny and more. Always play your daily missions. Play the event boss daily. Always do your endless voyage as far as you can go for extra diamonds, keys, and pilot cards. To go back to how much money I have personally spent, a few thousand over a year. It's easy to get sucked into and especially if you are trying to build a concourer faster.
Is it perhaps that its an additive bonus ie. lets say for example you already have +150% and gain an additional +15% now your bonus is +165% which is a lot less of a difference than what you would expect from something that says +15%. Its still extremely disappointing for such an expensive upgrade. I am very new to the game so idk if thats how it works but in some other games I’ve played some mechanics work like this
I have tried to explain it to myself 100 times over, and nothing makes sense. If it says 15% all fighter upgrades, you should see a huge or at least an increase to your score. Especially with 10 all fighter upgrades. Even so, you should be able to see the stat that it applies to. Very very very disappointing.
I noticed this too around the same time as when you posted this video. I compared the before and after by checking the DPS stat on the equipment screen then went into PW and viewed another fighter and compared attributes. None of the "All Fighters" upgrades increased the stats on either page. Upgrading the actual weapons showed an immediate change on the equipment screen and in PW comparison, but nothing for "All Fighters". Sent a message through in game support but didn't receive a reply. Apparently just about no one gets replies from that. Disappointing.
I have combed over this so many times. I'm going to try another approach video to this soon, but yes, the game does not reply, and if they do, it's a prewritten message...
Hey, just wanted to point out something I found a few days ago that increased damage for me.
When you do Titan or legion hunt boss, I used to select main gun, missile, heart, attack enhance to make main gun super, Croat enhance to make missile super. You do shield instead of heart.
So instead of choosing heart, I played around and chose attack speed increase which is the one that makes the wing gun super. But here’s the thing. It increases all of your attack speed. Try it and watch where the missiles are when the next set fires. It’s actually a bit sooner. And surprisingly, it didn’t effect my health really. I still take about the same amount of damage and last just as long as before.
Give it a try. For my level, I got a good half a billion or more increase in damage on the bosses. I’m level 48, 384k power. Running a 4 silver star inferno, yellow 2 star conq main and missile, rainbow prism, rainbow 1 star forcefield.
Titan went from 6.7-6.8b to 7.4-7.8b
I'm not sure what you mean by heart. After major testing to wing gum with video proof, it's a fact that the wing gun is the weakest of weapons. I used to get a higher score at one time with it vs. actually arming the armor at one time, but know after extensive testing that I will never use the wing gun or especially enhance it. You should make a video and show me what you mean by heart. The magnet and heart have zero effects on the game during boss challenges as far as I know and slight testing. I'm not a fan of the armor in the game, and you are correct. By not arming the armor, you do not see a decrease in hit value.

I'm sorry to see your test result, too. But in my opinion, the boss of Legion Hunt may be stronger at each stage you challenge. I usually challenge 3 times per day and the first stage is always the most damages. You can try again another day and compare the first stage in this video (43 B). I don't know if this reason is true or not but hopefully it makes you feel a little less sad.
Actually, this is not fair result with what we spent. I'm just a newbie. I don't know I will continue playing this game or not.
That's not true. Every weapon option when challenged is the same. By increasing one ship or even 3 ships at 15% all fighters, you should absolutely see a huge difference. I do a regular run first to see the average. I get a tiny increase with 3 main guns, 15% all fighters upgrade. I factually lose point after doing 15% to all fighters with missles and when I upgrade 3 more ships. On top of that, I upgrade 3 more ships to 15% all fighter wing guns, and it does not top my high score with just the 3 ships with 15% main gun all fighters. Don't be silly. It's a very straightforward and even challenge to prove if upgrades are working. With 9 ships fully upgraded to all fights 15%, you should see an extremely huge difference.

@tahitad171 I have sent it to them a few times, both to Minigame and also Wing fighter with a scripted response saying they will look into it but never a real response back saying I'm right or they have fixed it. It makes me so mad to know how hard some of us want to belive that every function of the game works, especially with so much time, money, stars, gear and more invested to find out it is really worthless.

Thays because I have 5 star missle concourer. The more stars, the more missles.
You have to understand that by upgrading three 15% all fighters does not get you plus 45%. So the first 15% is all 15%. The second 15 is 15% more to the new amount after the first 15%.
Prove it. I have done everyone's math, I have a proven video you just watched that nobody can prove where these points go in full. If all of the fighters day 15%, that means it should give what? 15% more. Plain and simple. The other fact is, 3 fighters you can see a boost, 6 fighters I lose points and 13 fighters equals to the first 3. Explain that? You can't.
@@WingFighterTalk I can’t prove anything. I just understand how games with percent increases work. I am only at about 150k experience and at that can’t event get to wave 20 of level 16. I’m trying to learn as best that I can and your videos are helping a lot. I do not want to spend money, but there are times I am weak and I drop 4.99 here, or 14.99 there, and I hate that I do that. I just recently learned that I can’t even evolve my level four R pilot until I have a level six N pilot to attach to the leveling up of my R pilot. So I’m trying desperately to get a level six N pilot and it’s not progressing well 😔😢

Also, when you first download and start the game, it give you the option to read their terms and conditions or just click continue. I’m guessing most just click continue. It basically says that by playing the game you are bound by the terms which state that they obtain your IP address and at will track what you’re doing on your computer or device that you’ve accessed their site or game/s through to include conversations your having, stating that it’s a measure taken to better accommodate you in the service you’ve requested, ie. to play their game, Wing Fighter. It’s their most profitable game bringing in around $1 Million last month 99.995% of which came from iOS users with 60K new downloads in April, 2024. The company is more than likely well aware of your videos as you can’t put in “Wing Fighter” in a search engine without your videos spawning everywhere. They know what they’re doing and it’s intentional.

Correct me if im wrong, im still learning. Could it be most of all the attacks during your missile demonstration on the legion boss, your attack is not getting critical hit.
In settings, there is a section you can turn on Damage text, so you will know which attack are critical hits and normal hits. Red and yellow colors. We cant see this in your video.
I think that's impossible, especially doing 3 ships together. That is for missle everything, not just a critical hit. It would be very unlikely for you to not at least get 1 hit. Again, three ships, not one upgraded and for the time, stars, and more, you would think you would at least get a few billion more points, no matter what.

@andalasadi i can always test that also. It's never going to be perfect. These are general tests and opens the ideas for you and others to do the same thing. Record your videos so others can see your results. I know for a fact if you are upgrading massive amounts of ships, you should see a huge increase no matter what.
That was actually shocking, i didn't know that will end up like this.. This game is no popular, cause they won't make a new good things on this game, is perfect from you says developers was not really care about that. 😢
And the rotation of titan challenges was too long.. No much things to do on this game.. Sometimes i stay just to wait planet protection to attack, it's kind of boring.. There's no something that make me play longer.. There's something good when we have live attack player vs player...
I have sent this to wing fighter and minigame a few times. I really hope they are watching these videos to make the game better. I was highly, highly disappointed in the real results. I had a feeling that some of my hard earned stars and upgrades were not actually showing an increase to damages to titans, bosses and more.. I started doing these videos as proof that I was correct in my assumptions.... .
Hey! finally you increase the damage from 43B to 50B what is an increase of around 16%. its not nothing, its 16% and there is an increase. For a high level player like you this can give you an advantage compared to other high level players but you are right its a hell of stars and time you have to afford to get so far. But its the same for every player outside so if you have the stars and modules etc you can gain an advantage. If it would be too easy to level up your ships and equipment etc. a lot of players would be allready maxed out so the idea behind is maybe that it will take a lot of time to progress especially if you get better and better. I think there is a cap to this all ship upgrades. You will see an increase with 4 ships vs. none, but after that, it's disappointing to lose points with 7 ship upgrades and break basically even again with 10 ship upgrades. I have a second video against a Titan doing the all ship fighters vs. technology that shows the ship upgrades are a joke. It's sad really to work so hard and really get nothing out of this.. I have a third all ship fighter comparison I want to do with a few more ideas to see how broken this really is. Big thank you for your support.

I truly can't imagine how much money you've spent on this game (can't even guess 😅) and I really hope you're sponsored or have found some way to make money on your efforts. I have ten ships to level 20 only due to the bonuses. Seeing this video makes me wonder how much it's worth it. It might look so much smaller to you because of the sheer amount of crazy-high damage you do, but that's just speculation of course. I bought the battle pass which allowed me to get the conq WG and I also got the Crow for $1 so I had the extra muscle in CC and tasking. The only other thing I'd really consider purchasing is the add free pass. I got the battle pass after seeing your video and that seemed like a really good buy given it let me get the conq titan and WG.
@YukonJack yes. Buy the ad free. It's a must. It will always be a fun game and just keep chipping away. I have not spent even a fraction of the money others have. I have heard of players reaching over 350k. You can also see hundreds of players with the 50,000.00 frames they display. I'm not even close to any of that.
@@WingFighterTalk that's just absolutely nuts to me. How long have you been playing? I'm hoping they add new stuff to it to make that game fresh song relevant. Between the Crimson dragon and red phantom I have 273 shards. It's so irritating to get the "10th fighter unlocked" and see 20 of those come in at a time, of course mixed in with the other times I pick up two. I bet you have enough of both to build an airport on 😂😱
@YukonJack I'm close to 2 years. I make these videos not only to help players but hopefully wing fighter watch these and know that our players are testing and proving the games faults. I only hope for them to fix this and give us what the game says it does. I'm a fan for sure, but I would like to see many things fixed, upgraded, and even new stuff added.
Whats the best place to farm stars?
You will want to use Chris The Commander to start with and also replay your missions over and over. I have a video on my list about how to get your talents faster that goes over that.
I'm really annoyed that they got rid of drones.
The main reason is money. You do get drone upgrades when you power up your main ships, such as the gold concourer. When it's fully upgraded, you get both drones. The game itself did this on purpose, so you would spend more money upgrading these very long to get and expensive, basically titan ships.

If you are going to spend any money, do it on the events that promote the concourer ships and fhe pilot events. Just wait for thise one tip. Get with a good team that shares diamonds also. Very important and do your free daily missions. Every day.

How to get conqueror fighter?
Collect concour shards by either purchasing diamonds for concourer chests, collecting coins during planet wars, and the titan event. In the exchange area of the titan event or planet wars, you can trade your earned coins for concourer shards also.
5 billion increase. 43 x0.15 = 6.45. It's not compounding interest. Not 15x times over. Just once, so the extra is erroneous
@numbersabcdefg seems legit until you try and find these numbers written in the game and show that this is true. Take screen shots or a video and prove it. Nobody has been able to yet.
All ships on your screen,Main and 2 fighters. It doesn't mean all ships in your collection.
I'm not sure what that means, but this has been tested in so many ways, and nobody has the answer to how it adds up. Not one person. We just want the game to give us what it says it does.

Unbelievably difficult. Buying shards from the titan even and also planet wars shop religiously. Opening a ton of concourer chests. It really started to help when they finally gave you a choice of the concourer gear ships. I just started another concourer and was saying the other day that this is going to take forever. 😅😅 I have been playing the game for about a year and a half, every day and again, religiously
I never spent money but I was did a few tests and deleted the game.
I got the same score with the wing gun and without a wing gun
It's still a fun game....

I played from begining 1year ago with 2000 point today i had more than 420.000 point..
You can totally play the game without spending money. Absolutely. It's going to take 3-4 times longer to upgrade and get to a higher level, but there is nothing wrong with that. Getting with a good legion can also help greatly by diamond sharing and material sharing from other teammates. This can help open the concourer chests and more quicker.
