Quinn I feel you on the plants. LOL There's a cute little coffee table book called "House Plants" that has all the most common houseplants and tells you how to care and trouble shoot them. Best advice I have is to move them around the house every few weeks to see which spots they like best because this can be the difference between a sad barely hanging on plant and it thriving Lol and snake plants or succulents are great for first time plant owners. They don't need much water and thrive in a variety of lighting situations.

I paired the gelato with the cheers conditioner.. I know it's a rinse out but the mane choice has so many multi use conditioners I thought what the hell and OMG, best gelato combo I've come across.. it took a little of the crunch out but still had amazing hold. You gotta try it.

I use the glow by day Bonner they’re soooo good, adjustable and extremely comfortable. I use this bonnet with my box braids and my hair as well due to the fact that it’s so adjustable. It’s $20 but it’s worth it I’ve had mine for a year now and it looks and feels the same!!
I feel you on the flattening tho I just had to deal with it 😂 if you have enough hair try to loosely tie it with a scrunhie. That’s what I do now that I have more length

I have 5 plant babies. And I used to have a miniature poodle also her name was Jade. We had to put her down last year but she was like ur other dog, she didnt want to play she just liked to eat and relax but she was crazy crazy smart. But yeah I have an obsessive personality as well. When i like something I dive in head first lol.

Chile I wished had that option of calling out for a bad hair day, unfortunately you can't call in sick in the military (I'm retired now). I have a fur baby (a cat), and I love her to death. I got Chloe a new bed, uh she ain't having it! She wants to lay in her old bed. I had a plant, and it was growing so much. I went on vacation and my boyfriend was supposed to "plant sit", when I got home my plant was dead, I was pissed🤬 and haven't had a plant in my house since! I have a male ragamuffin cat, and he is your typical male. He's not into loving at all He'll tolerate my kisses and that's it. When he wants something he'll come around give you 4 seconds of love and that is it. I am also fostering a female lab Lola, and she wants to give kisses and hugs. In February I will be adopting her.

I sleep on satin pillowcase but I just got a satin durag from target. I have almost 100 plants. Check out my IG for my plants. all.about.my.plants. I get all of my plants from Lowe's and most are rescue plants and I have a 30 something from when my foster Aunt started when we got adopted and she gave me and my sisters some cuttings when we visited our hometown in Chicago. Make sure you don't overwater. Get a waterstick from Amazon. It will help until you know what to do from just looking at it. I have a granddog named Sandy and a grandcat named Stixx and we just got a stray cat named Killa. We are now dog sitting my nephew's German Shepard named maxi. I work from home so I can be home with everyone and plus I live in the country and they got plenty of space to run.

Plants make a home beautiful but I just do not have a "green thumb." They will all be dead within a couple of months.
Guess I'm going to have to go to Sally's to get that gel-ato. Stopped by a local beauty store and all they had was the Tropical Moringa and the Ancient Egyptian lines. I'm going to look for that leave-in too.
Right now I have a cat (Halle). She's a hellion. I'm miffed at her because she pulled wires down from under my sleep number bed so now it won't adjust. Years ago I used to have a toy poodle (Prince) and a cat (Vanity) and they were like oil and water. Non-stop fighting. It was hilarious. Well I guess I should say Vanity was playing but Prince wasn't.
Update: Today is my mid week wash day so I purchased the gel-ato and leave-in today. I FINALLY got a curl on this coarse stuff.

First off, love your videos. You definitely keep it real and entertaining at the same time. Maybe instead of a bonnet, you can try a doo rag. It doesn't have the thick band in the back. It just has strings and you can control how loose or how tight you want it. It will provide the coverage you need over the top of your hair and the looseness you need in the back while still being protected. Just a thought.
