The upside down shock on a x3 allows you to have a windshield wash tank
Hello from Mobile Alabama
Can you change or adjust the difference in feel , amount of change , on smart shox from comfort to sport + settings? Like maybe enlargement of size of port in piston that controls "smart" variability ... or change the oil viscosity to a thinner fluid to achieve similar effects and then adjust valving to compensate for lower viscosity fluid?
No. That would be in the algorithm. What we can change is the overall ride quality but not the amount of difference between soft medium and stiff
I ride desert a lot. was out in Ocotillo Wells and Superstation over Thanksgiving weekend in my Turbo R4 Ultimate (stock). I felt it handled everything exceptionally well EXCEPT the chatter bumps which were downright painful and get worse every year. If I go in for springs and valving, would that smooth out the chatter bumps without compromising anything else?
Absolutely. The spring are a great help but the internals are where your chatter bumps will get fixed. Huge differences
Any software tuning available for smart shox or alike?
Not yet but we have two years into that and we should have that dialed mid 24
Why don’t you make you limit straps out of Dyneema or UHMWPE, so they don’t stretch and wear out.
They need elasticity so the stop is gradual.
So did I just hear that y’all could rebuild my Bilstein 2016 Power Wagon shocks ?
Yes sir. Just give us a call
Awesome Guys...Thank You.
PS: Love the Videos

Have your dual rate springs on a KRX. I don’t know the technical name but the bottom shock body tube cap(?) pop out. Springs are clocked. Any ideas what might be causing this? Wear on shock body seems normal, I don’t think the springs are binding on the body
Bottom dust cap can pop off. It’s just tapped into place. Lots of reasons for it happening. Sometimes the press fit is a bit loose. Put a little red lock tight on the outside edge when you tap it back in place. It will not come off again assuming it’s not damaged.
@@ShockTherapyllc Thank you, I’ll give it a go!
What has been your experience with the SHOWA shocks that are on the base model X3's? Is it worth saving the money or does it make sense to spend a few thousand and buy a model with FOX?
They are actually built well and ride good. But the fox bypass really are much nicer
Do you guys sell Rear limit straps for a Polaris Turbo R? I’m not seeing them on the website.
None for the rear yet due to clearance problem with cooling lines. Designing cooling line gaurds now for it to work very soon
Cant wait to see the speed utv stuff. Chinas best lol
Is that 750-1150 per shock or for all 4?
All 4. 👍🏼
@@ShockTherapyllc right on! Thank you
If you don't clean it, it will fall off
Fact right there !!😂
That’s what my mom kept telling me!
