With Symptoms to a dirty fuel filter there are none you will only notice this when either it is completely blocked or you have contaminated fuel in this case your vehicles engine will run inconsistent as to its normal operation.

Hi Danny The whining noise may come from the air in the fuel system, you may need to check the following: 1. Was the big o-ring for the housing replaced with a new one as supplied? 2. Check the alignment of the housing and lid (more details instruction can be supplied) 3. Unfortunately my car is now making a whining noise after changing to this filter.

How do you bleed the air if it becomes trapped after changing this filter please.
@@vnspool See from 1:15. Keep pressing until it becomes stiff. There's quite a few other videos on CZcams showing the process.
@@RycoFiltersOfficial Thanks for the tips. The noise turned out to be coming from an alternator bearing. Replacing that too got rid of it.
