They were for many reasons, fear was one, and so was motivated/moral. Drums were also to keep rhythm while rowing or marching.

Last month I went to Iceland for the first time, such a beautiful country where you undertstand why they called it the land of the gods. Unfortunately I had to leave early due to what was going on in the world. This song and the video brought me back to Iceland again for now, thanks a lot for all you do!

I lived in Forrest on mountain homeless all winter while shadow boxing in snow and coughing up mucas with covid also did rune yoga. So I can seriously get this as I'm a walking rune invocation. Plus I got runes tattooed all over my body. Irish dragon born Sigurd love it.

In Russia you have a crowd of thousands of fans. I think you can see it yourself under the comments under the CZcams video. I ask you to do something for us in Russian. It is desirable with the use of the folk instrument "gusli", since unfortunately we do not have this genre of music in Russian in our homeland. Which is a pity. History is lost. Although in ancient times we have a lot in common with the Vikings. I like the compositions very much: Danheim - Kala, Berserkir. And much more.
