Valve Grinding

Valve face grinding and testing for gains.
This video covers the test method I am using to see if I am making any improvements in flow while valve backfacing, aka valve face grinding, aka refacing my engine valves. It also goes into the grinding/machining method I am using to modify the valves.

I've never seen this method used for testing and grinding valves before but that is what Hot Roding is all about! If parts aren't available , You Make them! Very cool!

Cool video I would use a 400 grit 2in psa disc in a angle die grinder and move up to 800 grit for finish and use a polishing compound.

Oh man, you are right. I didn't notice at the time, good eye. Maybe I chucked it in just a little crooked. Not sure, but I will definitely inspect it all tomorrow. Thanks bud!
