Bypoll Results: INDIA Wins 2 Seats, Leading In 9; NDA Ahead In 2

The Opposition INDIA alliance, which gave a tough fight to the BJP in the Lok Sabha polls, has come out on top in the by-elections to 13 Assembly seats across seven states. The INDIA bloc has won the Jalandhar seat and is ahead on 10 other seats
In Punjab, AAP's Mohinder Bhagat won the Jalandhar West seat by over 23,000 votes. In West Bengal, Trinamool Congress candidates have taken the lead in four seats, with BJP trailing behind in each constituency.
